Truck overheated. Now will not start. Turns over very sluggish buy will not fire

Hello, it could be that a number of things happened. Overheating can cause multiple issues. If your engine is turning slow, first check battery voltage and state of charge. If that is all good, check the engine oil to see if it is overfull with possible coolant due to an internal engine coolant leak that can occur during severe engine overheating. I don't know that the engine would jump time from overheating, but I would definitely start with the basics and see where it leads you.
