I have a 2005 dodge 2500 with the 5.9 diesel and when the heater is on it blows hot air out of the passenger side and look warm out of the driver side

When the heater is on it blows hot out of passenger side and cool out of the driver side? What would cause this it has all new blend doors that are operating great?
