very little brake pressure after changing brakes, calipers and drums, why?

What is your question?

Have no brakes after putting on new brakes, calipers and drums, then bled the brakes. Why no brakes? now then I finally got some brake pressure but not enough to drive truck on the roads, what haven't I done to complete the job?? Never had such a time repairing the brakes on a vehicle....

What makes this problem better or worse?

The brakes are soft, not enough braking power to get out on the streets.

How long has your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 had this problem?
