Turn signal problems

What is your question?

My left turn signal was blinking really fast like a bad bulb replaced bulb and still does it. Then I figured it was a bad ground rewired with 16g ground wire and now when truck is on the right blinker turn signal is stuck on constantly and the driver side still blinks rapidly any ideas what I can do to fix my turn signals please need help

What makes this problem better or worse?

Only stays on when the truck is on
