What is your question?

Did a little mor trouble shooting Looked it up in the manual and saw that there are realy only 5 coils that fire on both combustion and exhaust stroke. I checked and this one fires #8 and #9 chked #9 and no spark there as well. The manual refers to ign control comming from the PCU which is the box on the left rear firewall I was refering to. I think that is the problem but do not know if I can confirm with out Dealer level equipment. any suggestions

I would try swapping the coil with another coil and see if the problem stays on cyl. 8 or moves to the new cylinder. This will tell you if it's the coil or the wiring/signal to the coil.
