Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. It sounds like you're concerned about whether your Ram 2500 runs out of fuel at half a tank. You can check for issues like a damaged fuel pickup tube inside the tank, which might not be reaching below a certain fuel level. If your truck has an aftermarket AirDog fuel system, verify if it's properly installed and primed, as an issue there could also cause fuel delivery problems. Lastly, driving the truck until it gets close to half a tank and observing for symptoms (like hesitation) can help confirm the issue.
