Replaced my 2009 5.7 engine and computer do I need to reprogram my key

Replaced my 2009 5.7 hemi with a 2010 hemi and also the computer, at first I left the old computer in it but the security light was on, swapped the computer for the 2010 and my fuel pump won't come on, do I need to reprogram my key for the 2010 motor and computer for it to work?
