Why does my '08 Ram 1500 have no power to anything after installing new battery

All dash lights came on - battery, engine, you name it like a Christmas Tree - codes said plugs or coils, air intake high bank 1, multiple misfires but honestly ran as good as the day i got it 1 1/2 years ago... i changed spark plugs then was about to do coils on my 2008 Ram 1500 4.7 ltr - had the battery unhooked so when i reinstalled it i accidentally grazed the negative post with my ratchet causing a very minor spark now it acts like there is no battery in at all... alternator tested it was good... old battery was tested it was on 50% so wasnt being charged properly - it was on warranty now i have a brand new battery but same dead everything... nothing works beyond the TIPM that i know of so its full of power at every fuse nessesary... any advice please and thank you
