What is your question?
have a 2008 Ram 5.7 I’ve changed the egr valve twice now. It idles fine but when I’m drive it and let off the accelerator and it hits low rpm it starts like a bogey sound like it’s trying to burp or something. Once I hit the gas it goes away. Let off again and it’s back. If I unplug the egr valve it doesn’t do that. And yes I cleaned out the egr tube.

Hi, it would seem too me that the EGR passages - not just the tube - may be clogged. If EGR valve elimination resolves the immediate noise and concern then it would seem that the fault lies in the system itself - not the valve or tube. It's merely a guess, but beyond this, hands on testing is needed.
