Hello, if the fuse keeps blowing preventing engine cranking, then there must be a concern in the starting and charging system - or there is a faulty jump start happening which causes a power surge that blows the fuse. If the engine cranks but does not start, the fuse in the related circuit that continues to blow will signal that there is a problem to be investigated within the related circuit. Some hands on troubleshooting and time and effort will be needed to figure out the source of the concern. I would not ever guess at any module or component. It would be frivolous and wasteful and possibly even more harmful to replace parts you cannot confirm to have been failed. Hello, what happens if you put the tires and rims that were on originally back onto the vehicle? If the wobble disappears, you know you have a problem with the new rims and tires. Geometry can change and laws of physics can explain frequency differences that can cause vibration. If your wobble is at a specific speed, it could be as simple as a bent rim or out of balance wheels.
