Why won’t my door open on driver’s side with either key fab or two sets of keys?

Does the key not fit and turn into the key cylinder of the driver's door? If not, there's a problem with the key cylinder and the linkage to the latch, besides the other obvious concern of the battery not powering the power door lock mechanisms. The keys or cylinder could be worn out. It could be physically damaged from a theft attempt or accident. Simply don't know enough about the physically condition of the vehicle. Secondly - the battery installed may not have been fully charged when installed, or may not be charging due to some other kind of vehicle concern.
