P2096 code

What is your question?

Hi, I have been getting an intermittent p2096 code, after changing my catalytic converters and downstream o2 sensor. My guess is an exhaust leak. I can drive the truck for a while with no code pending, as I have my scan tool with me. Other times I can drive for a while and it comes up pending. Thanks
