My truck is flex-fuel is it ok to pump 10% ethonal and put lucas lubricant?

when i purchased my dodge ram 1500 the owner told me to put lucas lubricant injuector cleaner in my gas tank ever 2 weeks put half a bottle. Is that like a substitution to E85 fuel or is it the same thing?

Totally different, the injector cleaner is used to keep the fuel injectors clean, and ethanol (E85) is a mix of normal gasoline and up to 85% ethanol, which is a corn based alcohol fuel. Read more about ethanol here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E85
