What is your question?
It has a rattling sound when you are driving living but it is not as bad when you're actually moving as it is when you are sitting still but I but it got louder Because the bolts came loose I believe so I'm trying to figure out how to tighten the bolts up the bolts up and how do I get the wheel to spin to tighten all the boats up I can only get to one of them do I have to put it in neutral?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Actually moving is better rattles more when ideling.
How long has your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 had this problem?
Few weeks.

Hello, why would the bolts come loose? Is this a manual transmission vehicle? If so, you could have a dual mass flywheel which can make a rattling noise as it wears out. If it's an automatic transmission, I can't imagine a reason to think flywheel bolts would be loose unless repairs were made and they were not torqued properly. If you were trying to access bolts, you'd have to crank briefly the engine to get the plate to turn slightly each time to access other bolts. But, I do see this as unnecessary - I can't imagine why the bolts would be loose. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
