Engine shut off while driving, loss of power steering, int/ext lights stay on???

I was driving tonight and going about 30mph through a neighborhood, stopped at a stop sign, when I started to drive the engine cut out and a check gauges light came on. I lost power steering but all the interior lights/radio were still working. Pulled over, shut her off and started her back up again with no problem. First time this have ever happened. I haven't noticed any rattling or idling issues. She has about 110,000 on her. 100,000 mile overhaul was done just a couple months ago. Battery is about a year old but ill have that checked tomorrow just to make sure it is good. Full tank of gas. I've read a couple things on the internet, including fuel pump and valve problems but I thought i'd pick your guys brains. Thanks for any help you can provide!
