What is your question?
Ran into heavy rain this morning. When I got home I got a check gauges light and my battery voltage was teetering on the low voltage area. Could this be a problem with the alternator or do I have a bad battery?
How long has your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 had this problem?
Just today

Hello, it is likely that the rain could have splashed up and caused the belt to slip on the pulleys, resulting in the gauge message and possible low charging system output. This is merely a guess, but consistent with weather conditions while driving. A full check of your charging system should be performed, as well as checking the belt to ensure it is not slipping.
