truck goes into all gears fine but doesn't want to go move freely?

pulled into work and stopped, went to back into spot and truck did not want to move back or forward without really accelerating. Will not roll freely when in neutral either. Goes in and out of all gears fine but kind of grinding when force it to go, almost like break caught??
