How to get my truck to move normally

What is your question?

One day we had to jump my truck because the battery was dead and now all dash lights are on and the truck would barely move without 3/4 of throttle at like 10mph. We heard a weird noise and thought it was the tranny so we replaced it and that wasn't the problem. The transfercase is making the noise and won't even let us switch between 2wd to 4wd but thay isn't the main concern right now. We just need the truck to move. It's not getting the proper communication between the computer I believe. Help.
