I changed my 2005 4.7 engine with a manual transmision with a engine from a 2007 4.7 dodge ram 1500 with a automatic transmision switched engine only n now wont start turns over but no fire

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 L with Anna manual transmission and switch the engine out with a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 L with a automatic transmission just switched engines not Transmissions the 2005 had a single key no chip and had a Superchip installed but uninstalled the Superchip the new engine from the 2007 that I put in my truck had a chip in the key I kept the computer from the 2005 I also had replaced the crankshaft position sensors a new starter new ground wires and a clutch assembly kit and slave cylinder I kept the wiring harness from the 2005 it tries to turn out over but it won't start it has no fire there is fuel in the fuel rails and sounds like it wants to but does not turn over
