What is your question?
So my dodge ram 1500 ac isn't working, it is blowing warm air, about the same temp as the air outside. The condenser is engaging like it is supposed to. I hooked up a cheap gage to the high end (the only end it fits on) and it is reading that it is over pressured. The air does not cool down at all while I'm driving. I'm thinking that it is the condenser even tho it does appear to be working but am hoping to get the opinion of someone with more knowledge then myself. Also if it is the condenser I am looking to fix it on a budget so any recommendations to help alleviate the cost would be appreciated, I know I can take the condenser off and install a new one but am unsure how to flush the system and the oil to freon ratio and the more advanced aspects of ac system repair so some information on the tools and additional parts I need along with the proper way to takle this job would be very much appreciated. And taking it to a shop is not a option I have already got quotes it ain't happening

This is not a do it yourself job. I'm sorry to say. This forum couldn't possibly provide the needed hands on assistance you'll require to repair your air conditioning system. And by the way - testing is required first. Guessing "compressor" (which is what you mean, not "condenser") is not a good idea.
