What is your question?
My truck's a'c will not push cold air. I have replaced resistor and blower motor, and those didn't fix it. Also, it is not a blown fuse issue, as they are all good. The blend door is not broken even though it is an original part. Saturday, the 4th, it would work after the hood was slammed but yesterday it wouldn't work at all. The clutch would still engage off and on but no air would be pushed (even with it spinning) with any pressure. It was still cool air but it would only move a little bit when we were moving forward. Also, occasionally the switch for the fan select can be turned to the "off" position and the yellow/orange light above the button for cold air will be on for up to a few minutes. I recently noticed a ''wet spot'' on the compressor where the suction line connects could it be a leak there? Please help, because as it gets hotter here in Texas it can start to get unbearable, even with the windows down.

This sounds more like a blower problem inside the vehicle, at least initially. Testing should be performed between the blower switch, blower motor resistor and blower motor to determine where the fault lies. You may need the assistance of a professional technician near you. Only after air flow returns properly can you. check for the proper temperature to ensure it is cold enough.
I also have a 2004 dodge 1500 with a 5.7 And have this problem also, but have diagnosed the issue and have found that the problem is the ignition switch... If you do what Dave suggested my bet is you will find no power to your blower motor and a resister that is in good working order. The power runs through the ignition switch to supply the blower motor with power and is a terrible design here's why, dodge in its infinite wisdom decided that it would be a great idea to supply the bm with power from the ignition switch but failed to take into account the amps necessary to run the bm or the heat generated when running the heat or a on high for extended amount of time or the correct gauge wire to use to supply the HVAC system with the correct amount of electricity. So, in short it fries the ignition switch and the connection to the ignition switch (pin 1&8) you can replace the ignition switch but not the pig tail as it's a recall item (C11) but only for 2002 model years......I love the amount of fuckery dodge has and kind of admire it sweating my ass off in mid July ......... bastards! Hope this helps
