My truck wont start unless i give it gad and it runs rough and stalls

What is your question?

It ran fine then i parked it for 5 to 10 minuts and when i got back in it started hard and would stall if i took my foot of the gas. It has oil but i hear a knocking sound. Changed map sensor and nothing.

This would need diagnostics performed there are so many things that could cause it I wouldn't want to just guess at it.

Canged map/tp/cam and crankshaft sensors and spark plugs - after i hooked up Obd2 and hot a p0068 -!
