Location, fuel pump pressure regulator?

What is your question?

Raw gas going out tail pipe driver side, quiet a lot of gas, changed head and cam, injectors and had the ECM mod. checked, still it has large amount of gas coming from exhaust on the driver side, left head.

Not seeing how a fuel pressure regulator would affect a single bank of cylinders / exhaust stream. Sounds like a fuel control issue, like perhaps that bank is seen to be "lean" and continues to dump fuel. Have you checked fuel trims?
