I'm having trouble removing the rotors while replacing the front wheel hub bearings on my truck. I have removed all bolts. It appears that the rotor is rusted on. How do I remove the rotor then the hub assembly?

If it is two wheel drive once the caliper mount bracket is removed the disc should come right off. There is a company that independent auto repair shops "buy" their information from that offer a very reasonable service to do it yourselvers. You get a one year subscription to year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... great quality information same as the professionals have ,much better than generic workshop manuals from parts stores, much cheaper than the factory manual. http://bit.ly/alldata_repair_manuals or try http://bit.ly/mitchell_repair_manuals_online and get an online repair manual subscription.
if you have a four wheeler, then you need to remove the hub. the axle nut will have to be removed. it is 1 3/4 inch nut torqued to about 150 lbs. after removing, there are four bolts from the back that have to be removed then the hub can be removed. press out the studs and the rotor comes off. Roy
the rotors on the truck are only rusted on. spray each of the lug studs and thru hole around the hub with wd-40 or related rust disoving solution, then hit the rotor between the studs with a little force that will free it up. good luck!
