the intake manifold is 2 pieces. google it. you may have blown the gasket... look in the intake inlets, see if you see oil streaked across it. your oil is low and no leaks, because its going into the engine, and getting burned up. head gasket blowning into oil, and oil blowning into intake... sounds like top engine over haul.
