What is your question?
It had a ticking sound In the engine and smoke out the tail pipe when I got it. They told me that the noise was because they changed out 3 piston instead of all of them and it was the rocker arm, then next day everytime I came to a stop the truck would shut off but would start right back up, then the next day, I was driving down the Interstate and it shut off and now wont start again. I've changed the Crank shaft sensor and the cam sensor, and the throttle postion sensor. We sprayed starting fuild in the intake and still it won't start. The engine will turn over but won't start. It acts like it's not getting fuel but we're getting plenty of fuel to the rail. We checked that the spark plugs was sparking. They are. When it ran it ran fine except the fact of it cutting off every time I stopped. It has plenty of fuel and there's no code coming up either.

Hello, there is way too much unknown with the history and hands on assessment of this engine to even dream of what could possibly be wrong with it, or where to go next to help diagnose it. You need a professional to start from scratch and figure out what's going on. One clue is - if you use starting fluid and it won't start - seems that fuel delivery is not an issue. However, the proper move is to hook up a fuel pressure gauge and see what the pressure at the rail is. I'd recommend a base engine compression check and inspection of engine timing as a good starting point.
