P0058 indicates that the computer has detected a malfunction in the Bank 2 Sensor 2 (B2S2 - the right side sensor behind the catalytic converter which serves as a cat. monitor) heater circuit. The voltage is high, suggesting that there's an open in the heater circuit. Most likely, the sensor's heater has failed, or that there's a fault in the wiring. P0440 indicates a fault in the evaporative control (EVAP) system. Not specific. P0551 indicates a range/performance problem in the power steering pressure sensor or circuit. Could be a faulty sensor, from the code I wouldn't think that it's a wiring problem or a completely failed sensor, but that it reads out of range. Could be that the sensor's right, if the power steering pressure is out of spec far enough, but that's less likely than a sensor fault.
