Heating an A/C

There are door flaps inside the dash that control this, look at this picture: http://bit.ly/2003_ram_1500_heater_housing Items 5-8 are little motors that control the flaps. I would check to see if the linkage between the motors and the flaps are OK, and see if the motors are working properly.
