What is your question?
On my scanner upstream o2 sensor is .1-.2v downstream is .9-1.10v. Have code p0171. Map sensor is new and put in after problem started but it feels pretty loose. Did smoke test but didn’t really find anything. New valve cover gaskets, plugs, battery cables, fuse box, intake air temp sensor, fuel pressure test was steady at 48 but bounced +/- maybe 2 really fast if foot not touching the gas pedal. If accelerating short and long trims and o2 volts slightly improve but idle and coasting is when it’s the worst. Any thoughts where I should look at better? I’m having to learn as I go, and can’t tell if is bad sensors, bad wiring, bad computer, or somehow I missed something physical(non elect) Hoping gas tank doesn’t need dropped for a pump or filter problem but if it does then I’ll have to do it..The extreme diff in O2 sensor volts is what makes me??? How can rear read high but front read low? Wouldn’t I have to lose air or gain fuel between front and rear sensors for that to happen?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Giving it gas it hesitates for a sec and then everything improves take foot off and gets worse
How long has your 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 had this problem?
Maybe 3-4 weeks

Hello, which engine is your vehicle equipped with? Anyway you are looking at it, since you likely have a V-6 or V-8 engine, there are two banks. P0171 is for bank one concerns. You did not mention P0174, so you can figure the concern is not for "overall air" or "overall fuel" concerns -- merely concerns tat affect specifically bank 1. Don't think so hard about your readings. You do not have to be dropping any fuel tanks because if you had a fuel filter or pump concern it would affect both banks not just one. Likewise, the MAP sensor would affect both banks, not one. I would be looking at the pre-cat bank one sensor itself as well as the wiring at the sensor.
