What is your question?
I have 125k on the truck I get code 305 then a day laider it goes to code 300. It idles rough an you can here it misfire. Some days it's worse then others. I replaced all the plugs an wires I switched cylinder # 5 coil an put it to the # 1 cylinder also the # 8 to # 1 cylinder to see if the coils were bad. After that I reset the truck and a day layer I got the same codes. So then I replaced the injector on # 5 and reset. It ran great for the rest of the day besides a lil rough idle but I thought that was because I reset the truck. The next morning I got the same codes. Somebody said they thought it was intake gaskets ( they look like o rings ) so I replaced them and still got the same codes. Does any body no if it could be the PCM or maybe the program in it went bad. I heard they had some problems with the programs.

You can try and confirm the #5 is the cylinder misfiring by using insulated pliers to carefully pull one spark plug wire at a time while the engine is misfiring at idle. If there is no change when you pull a wire then that cylinder is misfiring, check all cylinders if you can to try and find out if any others are misfiring. Test for proper spark, fuel injector signal, and compression for any cylinders which you find are misfiring. My must not only check components (coils, injectors) but you must also check that the components are getting the correct signal to operate.
