What is your question?
DTC PO700 came up on my MIL so I paid a shop $110 to pull TCM codes. They got P0602 (control module programming error) & P0613r to (TCM internal fault) They wanted another $100/hr to trace wires, test sensors, etc. to 'try' to find out what the problem is and what caused it. Could take 1-4 hrs to diagnose it, 'IF' they could! Dealer said they won't touch it unless I pay them $110 to pull the TCM codes themselves and then $110 hr to 'try' to diagnose it. I thinking about ordering an ECM, installing myself and Pray it fixes the problem! Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!

Looks like it's either a bad electrical connection to the TCM, or the TCM itself. A bad connection should be an easy fix. A new TCM would probably be a dealer only item. Either way, You might start with a PCM reset and see if the CEL comes back.
Thank you for the insight! I was wondering if the PO602 & PO613 codes could be caused by anything other than a bad module. Do I need to take it to the dealer to have the PCM reset? Is that the same as having it reflashed? The dealer said they won't do anything until I pay them $110 to re-pull the codes (since I had a local auto shop pull them.) And then $110/hr to trace wires, check sensors, etc... to try and diagnose it. They also said they charge $125 to re-flash one. >>> One more thing... My truck currently runs. It just feels like it's in N when I start and when I accelerate, it doesn't have the usual get-up-and-go and kind of loses power. It also lurches, gets terrible gas mileage, etc... I haven't driven it much, since the symptoms started. Thankfully, we have another rig so I am not forced to immediately take it to the dealer while I explore alternate, possible options! What I don't understand is when I disconnect the battery to reset the codes, it will drive PERFECT for a few blocks, like it's brand new! Within a short time, it will lurch and the MIL comes back on and all the above symptoms come back. If the TCM is bad, is this possible???
