What is your question?
02 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 had rough idle, stalling when reversing, won’t restart once warm and P1391 code. I switched out Cam and Crank sensors. No change so came to conclusion check timing chain. I switched timing chain out and truck drives great now except still have no restart once engine warms. It cranks but no turn over. Brand new battery, alternator, fuel injector's, OEM cam and crank sensors, OEM coolant sensor, Fuel rail 49 PSI, ASD is good, positive and negative battery connections and starter at 0.02 ohms and starter was checked as good. No vacuum leak I can tell all compression looks good. I did install a 2003 intake manifold due to 02 back flying off the intake manifold. Everything has started after the swap. I moved IAC into the CAI since 03 doesn’t hook into manifold. Once engine is warmed up no restart until cooled down. The more I crank the battery falls lower. I’m stumped on this now.

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Whoa! It sounds like you've done a lot of work on your Ram! Since the warm restart issue persists, here are a few things to check: Heat Soak: Ensure the wiring to the cam and crank sensors is intact, as heat can cause connection issues. Fuel Pressure: Make sure the fuel pressure stays consistent when the engine is warm. IAC Placement: Verify the Idle Air Control valve is working properly in its new location. ECM/PCM: The engine control module might be failing when hot. Ignition Coils: Test the ignition coils when the engine is warm. Good luck!
