no start

About 4 days ago we had a ton of rain the roads were getting flooded but not to where I should not been able to go through the puddles went through 1 then the second 1 when I came out of the second 1 sounded like my cap may have gotten wet she would not go more then 10 miles an hour then she seemed to dry out and the next morning she would not start just rolled over then after about 10 minutes she started and ran fine all the day then again the next day same thing so I replaced the cap and rotor and she started just fine the next morning now this morning shes doing it again I just roll over I checked coil for spark and I hear the fuel pump I sprayed the air intake anyway but still no start going to go try again now my mechanic is sayin crank sensor but I have no check engine light any ideas ?
