I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 4.7L, when i start it or rev it, it takes forever to idle back down and during idling down it'll rev back up a little bit then go back down to normal idle

It revs up on start, idle straight down after taking its time, then when you rev the truck it'll slowly come back down and jump up in rpm a little like it's shifting down when you're at a stand still.
