To duplicate the noise the suspension and wheel may need to be "loaded". Are you sure the noise is not wheel bearing related. Does the noise get worse when the truck is taking turns at speed (like a twisty winding road)? If so when the weight is transferred from one side to the other in turns the wheel bearing getting the most weight and cornering load may make noise if it bad.
