2002 Dodge Ram 1500, no dash/gauges except the red security light always on.

Instrument cluster completely dead. Turn signals, hazards, dome lights are all INOP. Headlights are ON when key is in RUN and turns off when key is in OFF, headlight switch does not turn on/off lights. The little red security indicator light is on. the truck starts and runs just fine. I already checked all fuses, relays, and cleaned connections/terminals.
