won't start. cranks fast,normal. just a hint of firing.checked the fuses.

quarter tank of gas, don't know the name of that portal,but took the cap off it and applied a little pressure and fuel squirted out show it was fuel pump and the filter was doing it's job. would the ignition moduel control cause my truck to run bad like it got bad fuel , missing and cutting out while driving down the road ?

no, your check of the pump is incorrect. you need a gauge and cycle the key and look for 45 lbs. spark is not usually an issue with these. cranks sensors, yes but other than that not much. when was the last time you changed all the tune up parts?? Roy
