What is your question?
When the engine is cold after it sits a while it starts right up and runs perfect until I turn if off and then it won't start back up until it sits a while and gets back cool. And I've replaced the plugs, plug wires, coil, distributer, crank sensor, fuel pump, asd relay, and went through looking for bad wiring on everything I know of and I can't figure it out has anyone had this same problem or can anyone help me

First, assuming this is a turn-over no-start, during the next occurrence, depress gas pedal all the way to the floor prior to attempting to start (this turns the fuel injectors off). If truck now starts normally, this means the purge solenoid is stuck open and should be replaced. If this does not correct the problem, it will need to be professionally diagnosed, which is an hour's labor charge ($100), which is probably a lot less than all the parts you've replaced trying to resolve the problem.
You are correct it is a turn over no start and I've depressed the pedal and tried it has no effect and I've had a mechanic do a diagnostic and it says that the asd relay or pcm is malfunctioning I just want to know if it could possibly be anything else before I have the Pcm replaced
First, I would think that is too quick a jump to the PCM, too many other things might cause this problem. My advice would be to ask the mechanic: if you authorize this repair, does he guarantee that it will fix the problem? If not, he is guessing, and you are at the wrong shop. Further diagnosis would be recommended if mechanic is unwilling to guarantee the fix.
