What is your question?
My truck 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, 4.7 liter engine with about 300,000 miles, won't start. When I checked the oil, it registered as having almost twice the amount of oil that is required, although I hadn't added any oil. My coolant level looks low. It made a loud sound when I tried to start it, so I immediately stopped and turned the key to off. (The truck has been sitting unused for several months. The last time it was moved, it was pushed about 500 ft. from one parking spot to another, if that matters). What is going on with my truck? What is leaking into the oil causing this and where?

Cheap fram filter. Internal of oil filter has a cheap check flap. Use wix,or anything but cheap oil filters. Can cause low oil pressure and not enough going through the journals
You may have the water pump bore a hole into your front timing chain housing
