MY CHECK ENGINE IS ON AND THIS IS THE CODE I GOT P0432 I KNOW IT CAN BE THE O2 CENSORS OR THE CATALYC HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO CHANGE FIRST? PLEASE HELP!!!!

before you spend all that money, find out what is bad. get a real diag before throwing parts at it. Roy
My engine check light came on. I went to a mechanic. He said that my converter was bad and the cost to replace it would be around $300. I never trust mechanics. I went online and saw one for $75. I thought, how much are they charging me in labor? I decided to do my own investigation. I went to Advanced Auto parts and borrowed their reader. I got a PO432 code. I was told by someone that worked there that I had a bad sensor. So I weighed my options. I decided to buy a sensor online for less that $20. I went to pepboys and they installed it for around $55 labor. That fixed the problem. Word from the wise: Don't listen to mechanics. Risk the cheapest method first.
