What is your question?
Just had an oil and filter change, new air filter, rad flushed with new fluid added, new tires installed, balanced and front end alignment. New rotors, disc pads installed and calipers serviced. Gauges stopped working after a 25-minute highway drive. ABS, engine and gas lights came on.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, I am unfamiliar with these three digit codes. Instrument cluster codes should start with a B with 4 numbers after it. As a result, I can't figure what these could mean. I don't see any reason the instrumentation would not work with the work described performed. The only concern I would have is for ABS system performance with new brake components installed. But this doesn't really get into instrument cluster concerns. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
Those are dash instrument panel codes, Do this, hold the odometer button on the speedometer odometer reset. While holding it in turn the ignition on but don't crank engine. It should reset and you will see it go through a diagnostic. Turn key off after diagnostic. Then turn truck on.
