What is your question?
Vehicle is a 4x4, Metalic clicking noise speeds up with the vehicle, but quiets down or stops during low speed turning. Sounds to be coming from the front end suspension, possibly driver side. Checked my tires, No Nails, or road hazards, and are at proper inflation.

It could be many things, unfortunately and without experiencing the problem first hand or being able to do some basic diagnostic tests its hard to say. I don't know if your truck is 2 or 4 wheel drive but jack up and support the front of the truck and rotate the wheels see if you can duplicate the noise or see and witness mark of something rubbing or making contact. If 4WD look at the drive shafts/U- joints ect.... If nothing is obvious remove the wheels and inspect the brake pads, hardware and shims to make sure nothing is missing or displaced.
It is 4WD I will take your advice and do what you mentioned. Great advice thanks!
