When it started to spit an sputter i pull over an put truck in neutral and put petal to floor and it seems to blow out whatever is making it run like that but it will do it again down the road truck doesn't have cats on it its straight pipe from manifold to muffler
What makes this problem better or worse?
It clears up after i put pedal to floozr a couple of times it seems to blow out what ever is affecting truck

Step one: return vehicle to legal factory condition. Your engine's processor needs to see information from pre and post catalytic converter oxygen sensors to determine proper fuel trims. You've eliminated everything, so there's no way to know what is needed. Additionally, you're polluting our world, and that's just not ok from an environmental and legal standpoint.
