Tried to start my truck this morning and it tried to turn over then the battery level went down, tested the battery and it's at full charge. Now there is no power whatsoever.

By what methods are you testing the battery? Voltage check alone will not tell if the battery is good or not. How are you measuring and what is the measurement you're getting?
