How much does it cost to replace the crank pulley

rattling noise coming from around the crank pulley area. some metal shaving are visible around the water pump/ crank pulley. I am thinking that is the crank pulley. I have noticed that if I grab the belt and manually roll it, I can see some play on the pulley.
