driving on interstate, front end will start to vibrate after hitting even a small bump, does not happen all the time and will go away after slowing down to 40-45 mph, just started recently, tires recently balanced, no off-roading before this started to happen

Sounds like the track bar may be worn. Its the bar that is connected from the front of the axle to the frame. The bushings tend to wear out and can cause bad vibration.
