What is your question?
It will quit at an idle or even if I'm at 70 miles an hour sometimes it will quit at two miles or I can even drive it 60 miles but when it quits it's cutting off the fuel and I don't know why

Are you certain it is fuel you are losing? Have you checked for fuel, spark and air and for a clear exhaust flow when the problem occurs? Once you find out which system is lacking, you troubleshoot further to find out what repair is needed. Start with basic testing.
Yes I'm sure it's fuel on the fuel rail it has that bleeder when it quit I pushed it and I didn't get no fuel come out with the key on and the fuel gauge stopped working when I turn the key on and off on and off on and off the fuel gauge will come back on and then I know I'm getting fuel and it'll start
If your fuel gauge also stops working, then definitely concentrate your efforts at the fuel pump and sending unit in the fuel tank. However, it could be a power or ground issue to the pump itself, instead of an internal failure of the pump. This will require some circuit testing with the wiring harnesses to see if there is an issue there. If you went ahead and just replaced the pump but instead had a wiring issue it would be time and money wasted.
