If it is a bushing in the flywheel that is not trapped or secured by the flywheel itself (ie need to remove the flywheel to remove bearing) you can "by a special puller" or you can and even experienced mechanics I have worked with laugh when I first show them and now use the same method all the time to remove pilot bushings on cars they are working on. Get paper towel tare it up and soak it in water, pack the wet paper towel into the hole in the center of the pilot bearing, with a punch or even a bolt of the same diameter as the center hole in the pilot bearing keep packing in wet paper towel and pack it in using a hammer to compress the paper towel. The hydraulic action of the wet paper towel being compressed will push the pilot bearing out of its recess. Low tech solution works great!
