I have a mysterious leak coming out of a vent from under my dash

Hello, my gut is that the water coming out is normal condensation funneled out improperly from the evaporator core behind the dash in the air conditioning system. It could leak into the cabin if the drain tube from the evaporator to outside of the vehicle becomes separated or dislodged.
