4x4 wont disangage

If you have zero mechanical ability, have it towed to a shop for repairs. If you have some mechnaical ability and tools you can either A. undo the transfer case linkage (if your transfer case is lever operated) and try to shift the transfer case by hand, or B. remove the front drive shaft and drive it to a shop for repairs. If your transfer case is electric operated (dash switch/button), have it towed.
